Kelly: So, a very warm welcome to this anger management course Brian.
Brian: Huh! (folds arms defensively)
Kelly: Well that’s not a very good start now Brian is it? That’s not really tackling those little
feelings of anger. Not really saying ‘angry thoughts go away.’
Brian: Don’t patronise me or you’ll make me really cross.
Kelly: Okay, lovely. Now let’s just spend a little bit of time asking those angry feelings ‘why
have you come to visit me today shall we?’
Brian: Perhaps it’s because I’ve had to come to this daft class.
Kelly: That’s quite an aggressive response if you don’t mind me saying so Brian. Here at
Tranquillity Base we try to access our inner calm at all times.
