Ruth: So, come on Mary, what was going on last night then?
Mary: Oooh, I know, such commotion. It’s a good job I’m such a light
sleeper, I heard everything that went on.
Ruth: You see…I knew I could rely on you!
Mary: Absolutely. I think it’s a disgrace… I mean they only employ us
to do general light work around the temple, not to pay attention
to movement round the corridors in the depth of the night.
Ruth: The depth of the night? And you such a light sleeper…tell me
everything…leave nothing out.
