Revenge
I’ve always thought it was normal Lord...to want revenge.
Well, perhaps ‘revenge’ is too strong a word – but certainly the desire to even the score, to get my own back – that desire is very strong.
You see it on the news all the time - somebody who has had terrible things done to them, a victim of some horrible crime.
And the words they speak in their hot anger and their distress – those words can sound more like a need for revenge than a desire for justice.
And who can blame them?
