The frightening shopkeeper!
Matthew 5: 38-48
I don’t know what it is, I just feel so intimidated by her; there’s something about the way she looks at me, she makes me cringe every time I talk to her; then she snaps at me and I shrink into a tiny two year old and stutter and fumble about. I feel so stupid in her presence, but I can’t get over this phobia; It’s so bad now that I won’t go into her shop now, no mater how desperate I am to buy from her, I just won’t put myself through the embarrassment of seeming so stupid in her presence. If I don’t actually hate her I certainly hate seeing her, and I’m sure the feeling’s mutual; horrible woman!...
