If only I were a goose...
There once was a farmer, who didn’t believe in God
And he wasn’t afraid to say.
His family were at church one Sunday
But at home he chose to stay.
He couldn’t understand why God
Would lower Himself as a man.
He thought it ridiculous
That He would come as part of our clan.
That night the winds grew strong
And there was a blizzardous storm.
Although he heard something outside
He stayed inside, where it was warm.
