Meditation – 18th Sunday in Ordinary Time Yr C
Vanity is vanished
Luke 12: 13-21
Ecclesiastes 1: 2, 12-14; 2: 18-23
Colossians 3: 1-11

I am saddened that all I have worked for, will shortly be left to others; those who haven’t lifted a hand to earn it, those without skill and knowledge. Who can tell whether they will be wise or foolish? And yet, they will control everything that I have gained by my own skill and hard work. Vanity, vanity, all is vanity...
