Be salt unto the ground, light that shines, showing signs
that shatter what confines God’s designs!
For it’s God’s will to fulfil,
living justice now until
peace and love and hope in heav’n ‘n earth combine!

Your enemies I love; and it’s love that is tough!
a love that’s strong enough: call their bluff!
Turn the cheek and walk the mile
rise above them all the while
reaping justice more than vengeance with your love
